The quality of beef depends on the feeding of the animal, the age at which it is slaughtered, and the handling of the meat. We raise high quality antibiotic and hormone free Angus beef. Our animals are range-fed on grass, finished on grain, and slaughtered at 12 to 18 months. Since we have our own processing plant, there is no trauma associated in loading the animals and shipping them to a slaughter house.

Our beef cuts have bright pink-red flesh, light-colored bones, and creamy-white fat. In texture, it has fine flesh, soft-looking bones, and crumbly suet or exterior fat. It has a delicate network of fat running through the flesh. This is the "marbling" which dissolves during cooking, providing aromatic internal basting.

The ground beef has less then 20% fat. After grinding, it is immediately air sealed and frozen. This method ensures our hamburger is fresh and delicious.

Our chickens are raised in open areas inside large barns with modern air circulation systems. This is a healthy environment for birds that prevents disease and reduces fat content. We never use antibiotics or hormones in any of our poultry.

We process our chickens at 6 to 8 pounds. They are large enough to accommodate stuffing and will feed a gathering of at least six people.

Rich in nutrition and reasonably priced! You will find them tender and juicy with low fat content.
